10. Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a product has been purchased and downloaded, except in cases where the incorrect product is delivered or the download link is faulty. If you encounter any issues, we will provide the correct product or a working download link at no extra charge.
11. Consulting Services and Strategy Sessions
When you book consulting services or strategy sessions, you agree to provide accurate information and attend the scheduled sessions. Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 14 days’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee or an additional cancellation fee.
If we cancel the service for any reason, we will reschedule the session or provide a full refund for the cancelled portion.
12. Refunds for Services
Refunds for consulting services and strategy sessions are not available if you change your mind or fail to attend a session without providing sufficient notice. Refunds may be offered at our discretion if we determine that we are unable to provide the service as agreed.
13. Electronic Communications and Signatures

19. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, and the Commonwealth of Australia. In relation to any dispute, we ask that you contact us in the first instance so that both parties can, acting in good faith, resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If any of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms which will continue in full force and effect.
20. Breach and Termination
We may terminate your access to the site or our services at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.
21. Additional Terms
If you enter into a specific agreement with us for consulting services or strategy sessions, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over these general Terms of Use.
Terms of Sale
1. Definitions
1.1 “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to TSC Investments (Aust) PTY LTD ATF N & G Murray Family Trust, trading as Your Lane Digital.
1.2 “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser of goods, digital products, or services from Your Lane Digital.
1.3 “Course” refers to any digital product created by Your Lane Digital, including guides, workbooks, and video/audio content.
2. Access periods
Online Courses and eLearning – You will have 12 months access to all modules and PDF files from your date of purchase.
Mentored eLearning – You will have 12 months access to all modules and PDF files from the date we begin the course
Virtual workshops – You will have 12 months access to all session recordings and PDF files or supporting learning from the date of the first session/s
Lifetime Access
Lifetime access is available as a paid add on to some of our Courses [As standard our courses are available for 1 year]. For those opting into the lifetime access upgrade please note: Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the purchaser or Your Lane Digital. Your Lane Digital will take reasonable efforts to maintain the course. In the event the course is terminated, you’ll be given notice prior to termination during which time we’ll allow you time to download any materials available. Your Lane Digital may have the right to terminate the lifetime agreement if the course materials are lost or damaged through acts of god, cyber attack or unforeseen digital asset failure.
Please note: The access upgrade is for the course you’ve opted into, not future updates or other versions of that training.
3. Contract
When you purchase digital products, audio, or video content from us, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access, download, or stream such content to your computer or other device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content in any way that is not expressly permitted under this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute, publicly perform, or exploit the content commercially. Furthermore, you agree not to tamper with or create derivative works from the content.
Permitted Uses:
You are allowed to:
- (a) Access each course for use by one (1) individual. If additional users require access, additional purchases must be made.
- (b) Download and/or print any course materials for personal or business use.
Prohibited Uses:
You are not permitted to:
- (a) Re-sell or trade access to the course.
- (b) Share the course with any person who has not purchased or opted in to receive it.
- (c) Reprint or republish any part of the course.
- (d) Distribute course materials or communications as your own.
- (e) Reproduce, edit, copy, remix, or create derivative works of any part of the course.
- (f) Claim ownership of or use our intellectual property without prior written consent, including (but not limited to) course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos, and any other content; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines, or other unique identifiers; or trade dress (the look and feel of the course, its communications, and materials).
- (g) Use our courses or related materials in an unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.
4. Use of Templates
This Agreement grants you, the Client, the right to use course templates or customized templates provided by us under the following terms:
Permitted Uses: Upon entering this Agreement and providing payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to download, reproduce, and use our templates for personal or internal business purposes. Internal business use does not include third-party use or any use by a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, partner, or licensee.
Downloading: You may download a template from our website up to three (3) times at one (1) IP address.
Restrictions on Use:
Templates are licensed, not sold. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you do not acquire ownership or title to any template. You agree not to:
- (a) Modify, create derivative works from, or alter our templates.
- (b) Distribute, display publicly, sublicense, share, or make templates available for use by others. You must not allow any client to reproduce or re-use the template.
- (c) Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive any source code or base construction of the template.
- (d) Download and use a template at more than one IP address unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of any applicable goods and services tax (GST). Prices may change at any time without notice. Payments can be made via credit card or other indicated methods. You agree to provide current, valid payment information and authorize us to charge your account for any applicable fees.
Payment Security
We use Eway Secure Fields, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway, to process all online transactions.

Refunds for digital products are not available, except in cases where an incorrect product is delivered or where required by law. Refunds for services (such as consulting or strategy sessions) are at our discretion or if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

These terms of sale are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
